Downtown Raleigh will soon be the home to three more unique restaurants. Ashely Christensen of Poole's Diner will be opening the restaurants with a focus on a specialty: hamburgers, fried chicken and honey and a basement cocktail bar. They are planned to be located on Wilmington Street according to the News & Observer article Christensen shown here at Poole's brings a unique style and feel to each dish and I know many patrons are excited for her new restaurants.
