Tips for a Smooth Loan Approval

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston does not just buy and sell real estate. We promote and market other core services: Mortgage, Insurance, and Market Title. Each office has at least one loan officer in-house that has the ability to work with our clients. This process allows for easy pre-qualifications, pre-approvals, and more importantly smooth loan approvals. Beth Prochaska is one of our in-house lenders at our Strickland Road and she has put together a great flyer for our agents and clients detailing tips for a smooth loan approval. My clients have found it very helpful and informative, so I wanted to share it with others.

Cary Listed As Notable High Growth Area

Cary Listed as Notable High Growth Area

Recently we wrote a post explaining why now is the a good time to Buy & Sell in Cary, NC. The Gadberry Group just named the ten most notable high-growth areas in the nation from 2010 in their article http://bit.ly/en4TET and our very own Cary, NC highlights that list. The Gadberry Group said:

Cary, North Carolina

Rounding out this year’s list is Cary, North Carolina, a suburb of Raleigh, where households grew at 3.25% in 2010 to end the decade at 90,600. In 2010, Cary placed first in net new households with an increase of 2,850. The area had the second-highest average household income at $101,804 and the third-highest net worth at $376,996. A whopping 27.5% of all households make $100K or more per year, and 10% of all households have a net worth of $1 million or more.

This continues to show why Cary is one the top cities in America and a great place to buy and sell real estate.
